LEADING THE CHARGE
Our leaders are dedicated to providing summer camp experiences to low-income families statewide.
OUR STORY
DREAM was born out of a deep commitment to creating meaningful, enriching experiences for youth in housing communities. After more than 10 years of organizing summer programming—everything from community carnivals and sleepovers to day camps and week-long sleep away camps—we recognized the powerful, lasting impact these experiences have on young lives. DREAM is the culmination of these years of dedication, care, and hands-on experience, bringing together all that we’ve learned about supporting, empowering, and inspiring youth.
Every member of our leadership team shares this passion and commitment to our mission. Together, we have seen firsthand how providing opportunities for adventure, growth, and connection can transform children’s lives. Our board is dedicated to ensuring that every child who attends a DREAM program walks away with new skills, greater confidence, and memories they will cherish for years to come. We believe in the power of community, and we are here to make sure every camper feels supported, seen, and inspired to reach their fullest potential.

We Stay Close To The Action
You may have spotted some of our Board Members in the gallery. That's because we believe that continuing to be present at camp is an important part of nurturing our bonds with the community and the campers. We've been so successful in camp planning because we go to camp too.
